Overview
Community Wellness is an open program designed for all members of the community surrounding the Neighbourhood House. It creates an accessible space where individuals can pause, reconnect, and support their overall well-being.
Through simple and consistent offerings like yoga, the program encourages community members to take time for themselves in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
What happens in this program
Community Wellness currently offers:
Weekly yoga sessions (Mondays)
A drop-in format—no registration required
A welcoming and inclusive space for all levels
Participants are invited to join, move at their own pace, and engage in a shared experience that supports both body and mind.
Community Impact
